Refund policy

Last updated: September 2026

Here's how refunds and replacements work. No fine print, no 30-day waiting period where we hope you forget.

If we never delivered your eSIM, you get a full refund. Automatic. That one's on us, no questions needed.

If you bought the wrong plan by mistake, email us before you install it. We'll swap it for the right one. After you install it, the plan is live and we can't take it back.

If your eSIM won't install or won't connect, we don't just refund you. We try to fix it first. Most "it won't connect" problems are a settings fix, and you get working data faster than a refund. If we can't fix it, we send you a replacement eSIM for the same plan. If the replacement also fails, we refund you.

Here's the line we draw: a plan that activated but genuinely couldn't connect, and only burned a few megabytes on failed connection attempts, is broken, not used. We don't deny a real failure over the handful of megabytes a broken connection burns.

What we don't refund

How to request a refund

Email support with your order ID and what went wrong. That's it. We don't need your name, your address, or a form. Your order ID is how we find your purchase. We don't have accounts to look you up by.

Processing

Refunds go back the way you paid. Card refunds go back to your card and take 5 to 10 business days. Crypto refunds go back to an address you give us, in Bitcoin at the current rate. Network fees are on us if the fault was ours.

Every case is reviewed by a human, usually within 24 to 48 hours. We'd rather take a day and get it right than run an automated system that gets it wrong.

That's the whole policy.
