simZILLA provides eSIM data plans for international travel. Plans are delivered as QR codes that can be scanned with compatible devices. Service availability depends on the carrier network in your destination country.
Payments are processed in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Lightning, Monero, or altcoins) or by card (Visa/Mastercard via NOWPayments). Prices are denominated in USD. Exchange rates for crypto are determined at the time of payment. A 5% discount applies to Monero payments. All sales are final except as provided in our Refund Policy. Card payments may require additional verification by the payment processor.
simZILLA does not create user accounts. Your order ID is your only proof of purchase. Keep it safe — we cannot recover it if lost.
simZILLA is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, carrier network issues, or device incompatibility. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
